Hello all!
I'll keep this as brief but detailed as possible![Smile :) :)](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
I'm working for a NPHO who employs doctors that are treating patients under transitional care for a limited amount of time, usually 30ish days.
They have staffing agencies that they contract to do skilled nursing at their patient's homes. As well as PT/OT/ST.
We are having denials roll in that are super vague and UHC doesn't want to pay for S9123/S9124 since they aren't a "home health agency".
Any ideas????
