A patient was admitted to the hospital for threatened pre-term delivery (24 weeks). Among other things, the doctor performed a CULTURE and STERILE VAGINAL EXAM.

How would I code for the professional portion of these services?

I would think these would be bundled into the e/m for that DOS.
