Is it possible to bill for an LiCSW to do a home visit for the purpose of advanced care planning? We have MDs and NPs who do home visits for medical care, and we have no issues with that. However, our LiCSWs and/or NPs may start seeing patients at home for the sole purpose of advanced care planning. Any code suggestions or guidelines to review?
