I have Labral repair 29999
Synovectomy 29863
Gentle debridement of weightbearing dome of the acetabulum 29862 –should this bundle since labrum repair and acetabulum in same area?

you can report the 29862 because it includes chondroplasty/debridement but there's a very good chance the labral repair 29999 will get bundled. I've had it paid and bundled - so you never know...
