Need a little help here...

Procedure: Hip arthrotomy chondroplasty, labral debridement, osteochondroplasty open and trochanteric distalization using a surgical dislocation.

23 yr old male with Legg-Calves Perthes disease with a higher trochanter. Patient has evidence of impingement secondary to hus short neck and patient was indicated for relative femoral neck lengthening.

Lateral incision was made...a trochanteric osteotomy was performed once it was outlined by the Ganz technique. Roughly a 20mm wafer of bone was cut and elevated anteriorly. A Z-capsulotomy was performed and the hip was then dislocated. There was evidence of chondral delamination roughly 12 -2 o'clock. This was debrided with an up-biter. There was minimal labral debridement neccessary. At this point an open osteochondroplasty was performed from the 6-12 o'clock position, roughtly 5mm of bone. Next the trochanter was distalized approximately 2 cm and confirmed bt fluroscopy to be at the center of the hip to match the top of the trocanter....

Not sure what codes to use...any assiatance would be appreciated. Thanks..
