Our physician performed a Stage II Revision, 27132. When he exposed the trochanter, he found the hip abductors to be completely torn off the trochanter so he also did a Hip Abductor Repair, 27299 (unlisted code). I'm think the repair would be included in 27132, but cannot find any information. Can anyone confirm?
