Help needed, please. Md does not state incarcerated, yet hernia sac includes portion of liver present in incisional hernia. Able to be reduced surgically, although repositioned in different area. Code as reducible hernia?
as long as it can be pushed/ goes inside/ or (as the physician can feel the empty ring or the defect of the hernia even for some moments, it is not incarcerated and it is reducible.
