Wiki Hepatits B immunization for medicare diabetics

In our practice it is common to give medicare age Diabetic patients an updated series of Hepatitis B shots. I am having trouble getting these paid by Medicare Part B. Medadvantage plans and commercial plans are paying, so what do I need to do to get these paid? Is this a covered benefit?

G0010
dx 250.00

Do I need to add the V05.3? Change the admit code? or add a modifier?

you should definitely use the V05.3 code and link that code to the G0010 and the 90746
