Hello! Are any of you working in a community-based oncology practice and have patients with hepatic artery infusion pumps? I'd love to hear your experiences with coding and billing for the chemotherapy piece of the service. What administration code(s) are you using? Do you get paid for the refill kit (A4220)? My past experience is that no one pays for the supply kits. Are you using the KD modifier? I don't have any experience with that so I'm wondering if it's a payer specific modifier. Any input is appreciated!
