Is it appropriate to use 46255 for one internal single hemorrhoidectomy?
Or should I use the unlisted code? Thanks for your help:o
 
Because CPT 46255 involves a single column of internal AND external hemorrhoids, this code does not completely describe your procedure...I would use an unlisted code or may be use 46255 with a modifier 52...
