Wiki Hemilaminectomy - would I code

My spine doc did a hemilaminectomy at L5 (right sided). He did a revision hemilaminectomy on L5 (left sided). How would I code it?

I dont think I have had this come up before. What about 63042 LT
63030,59,RT...because they are unilateral, but part of me wants to code
63042,50...because we are rexploring the same interspace...
I am interested to see what others have to say

I believe I would do it the same way. I have not had that come up before either, but if it did, I could it code it that way. Good Luck!
