I just cannot think today ! Please help

Patient had a femoral neck fracture and doctor did a hemiarthroplasty.
I want to code 27236 ( instead of 27125) because of the fracture.

Can I get reassurances ? Or am I incorrect ?

I would use 27125 Hemiarthoplasty, hip partial unless they have already had a replacement then you would use 27236 and they are replaceing the prosthetic.
 
Thanks to all who answered. I just checked some info from a previous AAPC webinar on fractures and the 27236 is correct.
If it did not involve the fracture then 27125 would be correct.
