Wiki Hemi Cap Femoral Head Fixation?

Hey Y'all,

I've got something new to me, patient with a femoral head fx and the doc used a HemiCap resurfacing system to fix it. Now he's saying 27125, I'm thinking more of 27236 since it was a fracture. Not well versed on the HemiCap, but it seems to be a joint prosthesis not so much a fixation device. Any thoughts or guidence?
