What is the correct way to bill diagnosis for the Assessment (90791) and testing (96101) which is required for bariatric surgery. Am I to use a preop (Vcode) as primary followed by 27801 and any psych code or just use psych code. I have called BC, Magellan, etc and I cannot get straight answer.
