Does anyone know the correct coding if our docs see minors at their youth home setting for the 9933X codes but as the patient often comes with no health history they perform what would be a 9920X and then later a follow up 9921X, if done in the office setting? The question is how do we code appropriately to recoup all the services being rendered? What can accurately be coded to reflect services for both in the same day with the POS is always 14?
