I am trying to bill 00851 tubal ligation (I work for anesthesia billing) with Z30.2 sterilization and it is getting tossed out basically saying they can't be billed together? Anyone know what is wrong? I used to do 00851 and V25.2 with no problem. I don't see anything in the guidelines telling me to do anything different.
