Does anyone know where I can find out if procedures 93970-26 and 93925-26 or 93971-26 or 93926-26 can be billed together and are payable. I am getting paid by all other insurance companies except Blue Cross Blue Shield who has their ICAP automatically denying them and saying that they are not payable even with a modifier. Thanks
