Wiki Help with Urine Drug screen CPT Code

We are getting denials for Urine Drug Screen code 80100. I researched on it and CMS says it's not priced in their system and there is no replacement code. 80101 is is replaced by G0431. Can anybody tell me what is the replacement code for 80100.
