what CPT code would I use for "revision of medial unicompartmental arthroplasty maintaining previous well-fixed all polyethylene tibial component and revising the femoral component to a new #3 left medial with two fixation posts."
27486 is revision of total knee, 1 component,,,Mine is revision of uni knee.
any comment/help is appreciated.

You might consider 27486-52 for the Uni-Knee revision.

Actually I would use 27446-22. Adding the modifier -22 to represent the extra work for the removal of the old component. This better represents exactly what's being done and not changing the meaning of a CPT. By using 27486-52 you would be trying to change the intent/meaning of that CPT and that's a no-no.
