Wiki HELP with Spine Coding

I am new to spine coding. My doctor performed a L4 and L5 Laminectomy with Bilateral Foraminotomies. Would I bill 63047 and 63048 since the CPT code says single vertebral segment or just the 63047? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
