Wiki Help with shoulder biceps tenodesis

Procedure performed was a shoulder arthroscopy with a slap repair, subacromional decompression, debridement of anterior glenoid for chondromalacia, open rotator cuff repair and before he did the rotator cuff repair he did an open biceps tenodesis due to partial fraying and partial tear of biceps tendon.

Does anyone know if the tenodesis is bundled with the rotator cuff repair, i know it could be billed with the other procedures since it was an open procedure performed but not sure about the open rc repair with the tenodesis.

Code biceps tenodesis separately with 23430 as it is a open procedure.
