Wiki help with rotato cuff, acromioplasty, debridement

Need other coder's opinions. Looking at 23412, 29826-59, 29822-59.
NCCI says 29822 is bundled, but can it be billed if in another compartment?

procedure:

1.arthroscopy of the shoulder
2.debridement of the rotator cuff (glenohumeral joint
3.arthroscopic acromioplasty (subacromial space)
4.debridement of the AC joint, mini arthrotomy and rotator cuff repair.

In this instance the 29822 (RC debridement) would bundle with 23412 (RC repair). But, at times, you can capture the 29822 with a RC repair when the debridement is done on the labrum, or biceps, as an example. You would then add the 59 mod to show the debridement was unrelated to the RC repair. Hope this helps.
