Wiki Help with Postoperative wound infection

My physician did an I&D on a postoperative wound. When he opened the the abcess he found that it went down to through the anterior rectus sheat but the posterior rectus sheat was intact. Being as this is not an opening of a complete opening of a previous surgerical wound would this be 10180? By the way he left it open with packing. then three days later returned to the or and removed the packing and re-explored the wound. the wound was suctioned and irrigated and repacked. Do you know of a code to use for this?
