Wiki Help with J2001

I'm wondering if anyone has any information regarding the correct way to report J2001. I keep getting denials stating it's bundled with the primary procedure. When I do a code edit it says "allowed". Should I add a modifier 59? I dislike fighting for pennies but they add up.
