Hi all,

I am new to inpatient coding and having trouble deciphering which procedures I code and which I do not, for example x rays or other diagnostic studies. Do I only code them if they are significant to the stay? With a lot of the patients I am coding for they have multiple xrays or procedures done and I do not know if I am supposed to code them all or not. Thank you!
