Wiki Help with implant for ACL Reconstruction

Hi,

I'm new to coding the implants for ACL reconstruction and I was looking for advice for a HCPCS code for a patella allograft used during the procedure the only code I can come up with is C1762.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated,

This is a topic of debate. Many people think it is not separately billable, however, others believe you can bill it with a 29999. Our office typically does not bill for the allograft.

I don't bill for that separate either, just bill for the ACL reconstruction, graft is included.
