I am lost at trying to decide what I can pull from this HPI. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Here for MPV recheck. Needs a new walker. Never got Ensure, CVS did not have rx. Was in ER recently for question seizure, had been drinking again, also said son had caused bruising on her arms. Meds were stolen. States she is eating a lot, doesn't understand weight loss. Hasn't been back to kidney specialist. Needs refill on citalopram.
Record shows no recent history of mammogram, no history of colonoscopy, no recent PAP.
