Wiki Help with fracture

Would this be coded as a fractures the shafts of the radius & ulna or fractures of the distal radius & ulna?

"Fractures of the distal radius and ulna. Posterior displacement of the distal radial fragment with respect to the shaft with 8.3 mm overlap. Posterior displacement of the distal ulnar fracture fragment also displaced posteriorly proximally with moderately angulation."

I'm not as seasoned a coder as most, but reading the notes, I would go with fractures of the distal radius & ulna. I think the referral to the shaft is just in relation as to where the fractures lay in proximity to the shaft. It doesn't say that the shaft is fractured. Hope this helps. Let me know if you found out and if I'm right. There are def a lot of complexities in coding! I'm always eager to learn more.
