Wiki Help With Finger Amputation Code

I need help with a finger amputation procedure, report reads as follows:
Amputation of left ring finger with avulsion.

Reimplantation of lt ring finger with microvascular reconnection of one digital artery, two dorsal veins, digital nerve and pinning/k wire fixation of one bone.

The finger was in a cup of ice so this was a total amputated finger that was reattached. I know if this was a partial I would just code the repair work but in this case can I code the repair work separately? Dr also did a debridment is that coded separately or included?
The code I chose for the amputation that I chose is: 20822 and 69990 can anyone help with the codes for this procedure?

looking at the lay description for 20822 it appears that the debridement and suture of all structures are included in this procedure.
