Preop Dx is Ganglion cyst, Postop DX is soft tissue impingement radial artery.
Doctor states in op note that radial artery was quite tight and impinged, this was released and there was no surrounding fluid filled cyst or mass. Wondering if there is something better then a reduced service on CPT 25111 or an unlsted code? Thanks for your help.
