Hi I need to help with the CPT codes for a surgery the Doctor did a Tibial Sesamoidectomy, Fibular Sesamoidectomy with removal of fracture fragments, Excision Accessory Os if anyone has any suggestions on how to code any of these please let me know thanks and have a great day.

I wil give it a shot

Sounds to me like there are loose bodies in the ankle from a previous fracture. If the loose bodies are in the joint consider 27650. The acessory os needs a location (bone) it is excised from. For example it could be 27635 (tib. or Fib) 28100 (calc. or talus). These are tough to code without the location detail and history of the loose bones.
