One of our patients (she has Medicare & BCBSM ins) had a rt hip abductor repair 2/9/10, she developed a post operative seroma of her rt hip about 1 month post op. Dr took her back to the OR for placement of a percutaneous Hemovac drain into the rt hip. Any suggestions for CPT code would greatly be appreciated!!
