Pt had a fx d and c diag hysterosopy with pessary removal/cleaning/replacement in the or. I know what to code for the d and c and hysteroscopy. I need help with the pessary removal/cleaning/replacement done in the or. Also, no new pessary was used it was the same one.

If the irrigation was done due to an infection or discharge you can use 57150 in addition to the 58558 code.
