Wiki help with contusions

I have an ED note with patient presenting with trauma. Note reads small ecchymosis of the interior medial right patella and small ecchymosis of the left medial distal leg.

Should this be coded as 924.10?

I would use both 824.10, 924.11. Don't forget the E code.
