Description of Procedure:

1. Right posterior vitrectomy with panretinal photocoagulation
2. POsterior vitrectomy, membrane peel and correction of tractional detachment
3. Intraocular injection of steroids
4. Air-fluid exchange

Diagnosis:

1. Right proliferative diabetic retinopathy
2. Right tractional retinal detachment
