Wiki Help with Coding Perirectal Abscess

Just wondering if someone would please be able to help with the following: Pt had an I&D perirectal abscess 08/30and then on 9/2 Doc took pt back to the OR removed packing; however found another abscess different area and had to I&D another perirectal abscess wondering what modifier to use TIA
