I just want to make sure I'm coding this correctly.

A patient while in the hospital suffered a post traumatic seizure as a result of an injury in which they sustained a contusion of the cerebral cortex. The patient did not lose consciousness. He was a driver injured in a MVA on the highway. The physician performed a craniotomy to alleviate pressure which helped the seizures subside.

I just need help double checking:confused:
