Wiki Help with Billing 11719 and 11721 together

Hello,

I need some help as I am fairly new to podiatry billing.

I billed:

11721-59

11719-Q8

Result:

11721-59 denied code B15

11719-Q8 approved, paid


Question:

Why was 11721-59 denied?

How would I bill both codes in one claim?

Its a mutually exclusive NCCI edit and modifier cannot be used to bypass the edit.
