I need help with finding the code for aspiration and injection of the heel. Diagnosis he is using is plantar fascia. I have told him it is 20605 but he says that is not it because he did not inject the joint. Can someone please help??

The correct code is 20550. The description of the code states" Injection(s); single tendon sheath or ligament, aponeurosis (eg. plantar "fascia").

Is that also code for injection in elbow for epicondylitis?

It depends on what was injected. Read the code descriptions and compare to the encounter note. Sometimes with epicondylitis the joint is injected and sometimes the tendons are so you would need to code whatever is documented.
