Please help! New to ASC coding, but, not Interventional Cardiology. Cannot get Medicare to cover HCPCS code C9600. The denial I keep getting is Co-109-Claim/service not covered by this payer/contractor. You must send the claim to the proper contractor.
I am submitting to my local MAC, First Coast. Usually when I see this denial code it is because I need to send the claim to my DME Contractor, CGS, however, I cannot find this code on CGS's fee schedule.
I am at a loss... Can anyone help?
