Wiki Help with ASC payment (vs OPPS)

CPT CODES 57522 & 58558.

Both codes have OPPS status code J1, in an OPPS setting I know the highest valued code would be paid with the other being packaged.

However, I do not completely understand what reimbursement would consider when performed in an ASC setting.

Both codes have an ASC Payment Indicator of A2 - Surgical procedure on ASC list in CY 2007; payment based on OPPS relative payment weight.

Would reimbursement be considered for both codes if procedures were performed in an ASC?
