Wiki Help with arthroscopy please!

I have a patient that had a knee replacement for many years and now is having pain. Arthroscopy was performed and scar tissue was found and removed around the patellar button. Can't seem to find an appropriate code for this. Is this a chondrolpasty, synovectomy or something else?

I actually just read an article in Coding Edge about posibly using 29884 for scar tissue removal. Any input?

29884 is what we use in our office.

29884 is the correct code and will include manipulation (if done).
