I guess I am asking a question that is so simple everyone knows the answer or I just can not find anyone who knows? If our physician completed an E/M and also completed 82962, would I attach a 25 to the E/M or not? With 25 the last sentence states "on the same day of the procedure or other service." This is a service (not a procedure), but I don't know that 82962 is much additional work? Thank you so much, Brandy
