Any help with the code combination and modifiers would be a great help Doctor did:
1. arthroscopic repair of the glenoid labrum(3.7 mm PushLock)
2. arthroscopic acromioplasty
3. Arthrotomy left shoulder w/ Mumford and repair of the rotor cuff using two 5.5 mm Bio corkscrews and on the second row 4.5 mm PushLock

29807, 23412, 23120 and possibly 29826-59 depending on documentation.

Its really difficult to give suggestions for codes with just the description of what the docs state they performed because its not always the case and sometimes they dont mention everything they did in the top of the op notes.
