I have a MagMutual HCPCS book for 2012, and it claims that codes L3660 and L3670 are no longer valid. Is this true?
BCBS says they are still valid as does Medicare. Does anyone have a separate HCPCS book and let me know please?

Yes they are still valid.
I have Ingenix HCPCS Level II 2012 Expert book and they are still listed.
