OPERATION: Thoracic endograft placement with endovascular repair of the descending thoracic aortic aneurysm using a Cook Zenith TX2 two-piece endograft and right femoral artery endarterectomy with pericardial patch repair of the right femoral artery

I have not been doing this CTS coding long and am unfamiliar with this surgery Any help please....please:confused:
 
Check code set 33880-33891 and follow the section guidelines found there. You will have multiple codes for this type of surgery. Additionally, open endarterectomy of the common femoral, including patch angioplasty is 35371. Be sure to check for edits and feel free to contact me if you have any other questions. :)
