Wiki Help, please, with brain bleeds/hematomas.

I could really use some help understanding brain bleeds and hematomas. Sometimes CT reports for the same patien, by different radiologists will say "hematoma" on one and "hemorrhage" on the other. If there was no injury, would I still code a "hematoma" as contusion? Does anyone know of a good resource to clarify these things?

I appreciate any help.
