Hi. Can someone please help me to know if you can bill critical care code 99291 and code 92950 (CPR) together and are able to get paid for both codes. Anyone that takes the time to help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Yes you can however the time spent on CPR must be subtracted from the total CC time. You also need a 25 modifier on the 99291. The CPT book has the guidelines for what you can and can't charge with CC right before the code. In my book it is on page 21.
