The doctor suggested 20680,29826,23700, which I know is not completely correct as this
is an open procedure. I am thinking 23130 and 20680. Would appreciate suggestions ?
Patient has significant adhesive capsulitis. A gentle manipulation was attempted, although we did not go very far. An open debridement was necessary. Thru the previously made incision & thru a deltoid splitting incision, we re-entered the subacromial space. It was essentially scarred to the acromion. A significant amount of effort and time was needed to release all adhesions between the humeral head, the rotator cuff overlying it, and the acromion. Once this was performed, we obtained full range of motion of the shoulder. It was noted that the supraspinatus was retracted at this point to the glenoid rim and that the infraspinatus and subscapularis were intact. The two anchors that were holding the supraspinatus were removed as they were floating with the retracted edge of the supraspinatus. Humeral head was normal. Biceps tendon was normal. The area was then irrigated out and skin was closed with 3-0 nylon.
