Wiki Help please - Any thoughts

Any thoughts on what to code this? Ive been going around in circles all morning.

down to the proximal end of the rod, the set screw was backed out.
The incision to the spiral blade was taken down to the hardware. A
device was attached to the blade and the blade was backed out
approximately 1 cm. The hip joint was taken through gentle motion
and stability at the fracture site was not visible. Multiple images
were performed to see any other changes. The position of the head
and neck implant was felt to be acceptable and it maintained its
position in an inferior posterior location within the femoral neck

I'm looking for some feedback.

This was just a fracture repair. I wish it was a hip replacement then I would know what to code it. Any help would be great.
